Ok, so, I have access remotely to the site, port 23 is open, I can get into the system programming, but, when i try to get into the remote Diagnostics , it fails to connect, I tried setting one up on the bench, I can get into it no issue, I went to the site in question, I still can not get into it?
so, I'm thinking reset the system and try again( should I be able to get to it Remotely ?)
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Yes, you should be able to get in remotely. I would reset the system and try again.

Thanks, I was thinking, I do have another site I could test with..

Update, i was able to get into a different site into the diagnostics remotely , Thanks
