I have a new Summit r2.1. When I try to record an announcement for a user, I dial 8 then 1 then 5 or 7, the prompt "Enter system greeting number" plays. If I then press 1, the system play the default greeting for the mailbox. If I then press 7 to record, the Enter system greeting prompt comes on. If I press 1, it lets me record a personal greeting. Anyone had this come up?
