I have two customers with small SBX systems - 3 lines. I set up the stations mailbox outcall notification and test it - life is good. It stops working. Reset the system = ok till the next time. I have tested the pots lines for disconnect supervision and the lines disconnect when I hang up on my cell phone. Both systems are 4.OAh. Any help appreciated.

It's been a while since I did an SBX but if I remember correctly this issue was caused by not removing unused trunks from the line group that the active CO lines are in. If I am off base I'm sure someone will chime in.
