Hi,
Call forwarding when dialed from internal extensions just rings on the phone but doesn't get forwarded to external number, but it works fine if called from externally to the 3/4 digit extension or it's DID number.
Intercom External Forward is ON and Preset Forward Busy is OFF.
Any ideas ?

You say you done external forward in mmc 210
have you checked Cos

Thanks Gerrya for the response.
Yes, Intercom External Forward is ON in mmc 210 and call forwarding is set in mmc 102.
Cos settings looks fine.

What is the external forward timer in MMC502 set to?

Default was 10 and it has been set as 1 couple of days back.
Also the issue happens only when dialing from a samsung ditigal phone/extn to another samsung digital phone/extn.
But call forwardging works fine if dialed from samsung ip phone/extn to a samsung digital phone/extn.

Allow in the mailbox for call fwd..
You will have to set up a Mailbox Class of service to allow
and just enter in the fwd too number
