I have an Axxess 8560/8660 IP phone. I went to change an ext. number and it's not letting me...comes up Non-programmable. In fact they are all coming up that way. I use code 397 like I have before many times so not sure what happened?

It's because those keys are hard coded to be certain features. You have to change the key to a programmable key first.
