The guest room phones will ring 1 time only after being checked in or out. There is no call showing in maintenance. If they pickup it has regular dial tone. Any thoughts?

Found the issue. It may be more common. COS option 505 is causing it. Disable it check in works no ring . I checked several other systems and they also have 505 enabled.
