Inter-Tel 5400 2.3 losing its lastest programming changes after a week when Back Up Database saves are performed after each change and it does it's automatic save at night.
Nothing weird is showing on the logs.

I might try getting a 2.4 upgrade first, or even a 2.3 upgrade depending on your release number, though I don't see the connection between a nightly backup and a weekly dump of the recent changes.

The problem was a faulty cabinet. Replaced it and everyhting is good
|
