is the toshiba licensing transferable? i'm looking for 40 I-CP-USR and 40 I-MSG-ADV new or transferred. Also looking for an advanced toshiba tech to do remote work via screen share.

You can't transfer the licenses, unless you are upgrading or replacing your own existing system.
All Toshiba licenses are ordered and generated by authorized Toshiba dealers only. The license key is created to match the serial number of the system and can only be applied to that system.
