We have an Axxess system with program ver. 8.100 and system ver. 8.103.
The issue we having is with one user. Whenever she is on a call any incoming outside call goes straight to her voicemail, but internal IC gets a busy signal. Is there any way to turn off the straight to VM for the outside calls? I've looked in the forwarding path but dont know what I should be looking for. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Thai

You're close. Look again at the forwarding path under her extension. Is the BUSY condition set to YES?

The forwarding path controls are found under Stations. IC should equal Yes. Immediate should equal No.
