Hi,
I'm trying to connect 6021 phone to a 7100 4.99 on the LAN. Display reads "Provisioning Fail Check Server" I had the phone connected to my SCM Compact OK, I reset the settings and set up DHCP, Also programmed to IP Phone white list and I can ping phone. What am I missing? Thanks.

Is the phone set for SCM or I believe the other setting is OSPP? Anyway for a 7100 it can't be SCM it has to be the other one.

Thanks John, I didn't see that in the easy install but I recall this. That is a setting on the phone and not in DM correct?

If you connected the phone to an scm then you need to reflash it with officeserv firmware with either tftp or USB. The scm does it automatically, the officeserv does not.
