I have an IPKII that has been installed for several years with very few problems. The customer switched his lines to Charter Spectrum almost a year ago. I don't know if that matters. For the past month or so, when they monitor a call, the person that is being monitored hears a click. Also the volume of the call drops slightly. I had them reset the phone system but that didn't help. They are a ways out of town so I have not seen or heard this myself yet but they would like me to come down and check it out. Has anybody heard of this before? Thanks for your help.
