Drawing a blank here. CIX100 and the user wants incoming calls to ring phones and the paging system. Right now calls ring to a MCG. How do I get the paging to ring as well for an incoming call?

DIT the lines to #3101 and set the phones to ring via the line keys in button mapping.

Other option is to purchase a Page Industries PI-DKT-R.

The PI-DKT-R option works best. When using DIT to paging calls will never roll over to voicemail. You would probably want to use a Night button or a Night schedule for after business hours.

WE did set the DIT to #3101 and the incoming calls ring the phones, but not the external paging horns. I was mistaken too..the system is a CIX40.
Can I get the incoming calls to ring both the paging horns AND the phones in the CIX40?

If you DIT tot the external paging and set the lines to ring on the phone, then the line should ring on the phones and the paging horn at the same time. Setup your paging device for page group 1 and make sure the external paging works when you dial #3101.

Does anyone have a manual for these PI-DKT-R devices? Apparently pageindustries.net is now a compromised site, according to my firewall, and going to that site on my phone gives a huge error message.

I have a couple spare PI-DKT units here and all I ever did was hook a digital station pair to them and the output went to the paging input.
