I have an Inter-Tel Axxess PBX and I'm wondering if it's possible to program an extension on one of the phones button so that the user can pick up a call from that other extension, eg.
programm ext. 101 on one of extension 100 programmable buttons so that you could pick up calls for 101 on the button programmed on 100. i hope this is clear enough. thanks.

He means from any non-ringing phone dial 4 plus the extension of the ringing phone (ie. 4100 where 4 is the reverse xfr code and x100 is the ringing phone)
60% of the time it works every time
