I have a Toshiba Strata DK 280 and a week ago the auto attendant option 1 quit working and then started working again Friday and quit again yesterday. I'm at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.

My best guess would be a flaky hard drive.

BTW, I meant a flaky hard drive in the voicemail, could be a VM card in your cabinet or an external voicemail.
