I recently installed a 5000/Office 250 (SW:6.2.2.13) and the receptionist is having some trouble. She uses an 8568 with a wwireless headset connected to the headset jack. When multiple calls come in and she answers, the conversation will come thru the speakerphone for a couple of seconds instead of going to the headset. Anyone seen this before? I have Headset enabled for that extension and there is also a Headset button on the phone.
