Our 18 button & 12 button keep breaking the tiny arm on the handsetup pickup. Does anyone know if you can purchase the replacement arm? It is always the same thing, the user pickups up the handset but the button stays down. Take apart the phone and the tiny arm that holds the spring has snapped off and the spring is thankfully being held to the speakerphone magnet.

We have had the same issue, and repaired the phones by using some 2 part epoxy and attaching the spring back to the plastic hook switch.
