Reviving this a bit as we move into Tax season they are asking for the possibility of the setup.
@Biztel, no OAS card here, just the onboard MGIs.
VPN offices are working fine now thanks to that entry in 838. System is set to private with public.
Phones outside the VPN can register but no audio.
