Can anyone recommend a MOH Device I can propose for a customer (Pizza Shop) who wants to create there own advertisement's or possibly a third party

Which NEC system? The SL1100 doesn't require an external MOH player, you can install it directly to the system. Otherwise, there are several devices you can propose - I use a USB MP3 player that reads the MP3 file from a flash drive you plug into the unit - very easy to update ads.
