Hello
I have set up alarm notification by email which is working fine my only issue is I can't tell which system the alarm comes from, I'm using google's smtp to send it so the from address is the one I authenticate with and the email just says "null" then the alarm.
How can I tag it so I know which system my alarm is coming from.
Thanks:)

In System Alarm Email Address... In the reply to... Set it up as Companyname< xxx@xxxxdotcom >(remove spaces after and before bracket). That should allow you to tag what system is sending you the alarm.

Um... If they are a sip customer, you can accidentally shut off and turn back on their sip service? lol Restart the VM card if it's a stand alone perhaps.
