Having a problem adding a new card in the 200 cabinet. When I add the ivc 24r card and power it back up it locks up the system. The phone displays won't come on. Tried two different cards with same effect. Tried different slots, even programmed the slot then added the card and powered it up. No luck. The light on the card either flashes fast or sometimes stays solid red. System is licensed for 60 remote ip phones. Any ideas?

is it an " E2 " card? ( I know you said New ) But , is it New?

It has CS IVC 24 on it as well as GS HS IVC PORT CARD ASSY 5010-0616.

The module that works in a CS 200 is 5002-0789M. Which is a CS IVC 24R PC M. I think you have a module for an IVX system which will not work. That 5010-o616 is an assembly number, not an actual part number. Also, you must have UIP or other IP licensing purchased for the system or the system will flake out.
