Hi All, I just had a call for a customer with the 40. I used to do a ton of DK, this requires a GUI to program? Any help is useful, just didnt expect hold, **** to not work.

You were close. The code for the CIX is just slightly different. Just one more key and you would have gotten to the password= prompt. The problem is that when you get into the phone program, nothing will look familiar. All the program numbers are completely different. All the program numbers are now 3 digits instead of 2. While the phone operation is similar there are many changes to the CIX programing compared to the DK system.

Getting the eManager installed is an experience in patience, but pretty reliable. I just put a CIX 40 in, and aside from not getting SIP trunks to work yet, it's been pretty smooth.
