Hi , customer do not remember any of admin password to change the greeting of his tvp50. what is the procedure to reset & reformat the voice mail to default? i'm not sure of the voicemail model.
after that it will be easy to reprogram

Start the system with the DIP switches set right, left, right, left. Make sure to move them all back to left when you reprogram so your settings are saved.

I don't quite understand what you're trying to say - but after performing the reset procedure you will have to reprogram the system from scratch, if that answers your question. The admin mailboxes have no password by default.
