Any one have a cheat sheet to set up this voice mail. Customer wants 30 to 40 ghost mail boxes.

Keep their extension numbers between 10 and 57 (or 49 if your ACS is R1), assign #310 to each. As Hal says, create the mailbox as having NO phone.

Transfers from the auto attendant go right to the mailbox. With the #310 assigned, you can send live callers there as well.
