Hi, anyone out there having issues with the room auto cleaned and staff code disabled in 5.14.7?
Ive done a few of Samsungs in hotel mode, using Tiger as the middleware (connected guests) linking up to opera pms and i don't generally have an issue. This system im currently on does not turn off hotel staff code when disabled? I have set a digital phone to guest non smoking in mmc221 (so i can see whats going on) and then set a hotel key in 724. I then dial that and it will always ask for a staff code even if i turn it on in 5.14.7??
Also when a customer checks out the tiger software/opera pms is being sent the codes room is inspected occupied.
any experience in this area would be grateful

The PMS interface hasn't changed in years.
Do you have the PMS/middleware pc in the management ip whitelist?
does it show as connected when you look in DM 5.6.2?
You are connecting on port 5109 from memory it is?
I've got a OS7400 which will be running 4.92 with no issues on the pms, except when their pms interface crashes it changes all the room states to either clean or dirty i can't remember which, but that's the pms interface
