Hi there,

I am currently using webpro remotely trying to solve an issue with some new extensions recently installed. All the handsets automatically collect incoming calls to the main number on pickup.

However, the new handsets do not.

I have had a look through extension setup and line preference/answering services and everything looks normal.

If anyone can help me id greatly appreciate it.

Is the handset plugged into the handset jack or the headset jack?

You made me think I had made a really silly mistake laugh - but no its definitely plugged into the handset jack, as near as I can tell everything is set up with identical settings so I am at a loss.

Are the new handsets ringing on incoming calls? You may need to add these extensions to the ring group.

Look to see if CAP/Loop keys are assigned.

I think you should get some ideas how the ring assignment and pick up are set up on the other handsets.

it might be VE on all phones, or sth like pick up group.
