Hello Yall, A client has an Avaya Partner ACS with an outdated Auto Attendant (AA), that would like to update it...Questions:
1- Do you need a special programming handset to access the AA programming area 2- Can you load the AA remotely. or do you need to be on site in order load it? 3-What is the default password for the Avaya Partner ACS...I don't think the client knows what the log in info 4-This client is in Flowood, MS...If you are a technician familiar with working on this system including the AA, please send me your contact info and I'll forward to our dispatch company to contact you if the client agrees to pay for a tech visit
Thank you in advance for your tips

1- Special programming PHONE,no. 2- Load what? If it's the AA menu you can record it from any phone anywhere. 3- If I told you I would have to kill you. 4- Read #2 again.
