Another SCM question...

Having trouble getting a remote phone working because to provision you need to port 443 which i can't do on this site as it's used, I have tried changing the port to 449 in the SCM but that does not work either the phone is just saying Provision fail, has anyone got around this issue?
I am treating it the same as the office serv by putting in the remote IP address from the remote site, can you provision it on site using a local and then just take it off site like you can with We- Voip?
