I've got an SL1100 with an AA which goes to dept group 602.
it rings ext 202, then 203, then 200. if the call isn't answered they'd like the call to go to VM on ext 202. currently the call is landing on the VM of ext 200 - the last one in the dept group.

Is there any better way of achieving this? perhaps through using VE's with delayed ring. i'm still not sure how to get it to land at the last VM

Is 200 setup as operator in the dial action table? It maybe following that.

I myself would use VE's, DIL to 202, assign VE 202 to buttons on 200 and 203
