A client has 750 analogue extensions and 150 analogue lines, acouple of PRI and 30 chnl SIP line. He wants an SCME but is not willing to relinquish the analogue xtns because of costs and analogue lines since they are well advertised. How best do I integrate them extnsions on the SCME? Is it via FXS and FXO gateways or I slave 2 x OS7400 complete units to the SCME?
heads up

Yeah I'm curious too. Although I'm not sure I would go the SCME path. Just a thought, are they playing with anything integrating the SCM and the OS into a solution?

You can use the OS7100, OS7200 and OS7400 cabinets as gateways for SLI/Trk/PRI but you need to put OAS cards in them and it's painfull to manage.
You're better off using the SCM gateway/ECU cabinets as it's all managed by the SCM Administrator
