Thank you, i have a dx 120, ECF is enabled in extension programming, only active lines in co group 1, and co timer ECF set for always and 5 minutes. The customer only has 3 lines but has their mind made up to transfer off site to cell phone after hours. Ive reset the phone and the KSU but calls will not follow off site. all other call fwding test good ( ext to ext or BNA). Thank you for any help at all.
