Upgrading a customer from OS-7200S Version 4.60 to Version 4.99.
Are there any issues using Office 365 for email gateway?
Any tips for setup?

Make sure the account you are authenticating against has rights to send as the address you have set as your reply to address.
Or get the customer to get a "kiosk" account for the system.
Chances are they'll have one for their photocopier.
You'll need to use encryption, can't remember which one though

It's easy and I've rarely had issues. Sometimes it throws back deliverable errors but then goes away after a day or so. It has to do with nameservers but O365 hasn't ever given me a resolution.
Use these settings-
Host ID: outlook.office365.com
Port: 587
Username: username
password: password
domain: customers email domain eg phones.com
Encryption: yes
Type: TLS
