Hi
i have Samsung OS 7200 V 4.92 with SVMI-20I Card . There are extensions have mailbox , i need if any outside callers leave a message at any mailbox the Extension will be ringing as alert and when agent left the handset the agent will hear a voice prompt (you have a message on your mailbox )
Is that possible and if yes how to do

Just turn on message alert for the mailboxes that you want to have it. Then input the number that the mailbox needs to call. You do this in the mailbox window in svmi options.
