I have a customer with an IP Office system in Basic Mode, and they would like calls to ring all phones 4 times and then go to a general mailbox. They would also like an indication on all phones if there is a message in that mailbox.

I feel pretty confident that I can do this easy in standard mode, but I'm not having any luck in basic.

Anybody with any ideas please?

You can send the calls to one ext that acts like the general mailbox under lines and coverage destination. I don't think you can have message indicator on all phones though, you have to switch to essential for that.
