Hi all, got 99% of my issues with the DS616 sorted, thanks!
One little odd issue left though,
I have the trunks set to D: 500 N: 509 I have 500 set to roll to 509 after 4-5 rings (19 seconds) I have the SVMi setup with messages on 1001 and 1002, and I have it configured to auto for the prompts, IE it follows the system day/night.
When the system is set to night mode, you call in, AA answers, works perfect.
When set to day mode, call in, let ring to roll-over, get a message "That party is unavailable"
If I hit * at this point, I get the normal day message.
I can't figure out why it thinks there is an unavailable party, shouldn't it ring straight to my message 1001?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Your problem is that in day mode when the call rolls over from 500 there is a 500 mailbox and or extension. What I would do is leave the 500 group alone that is the operator group where recalls, people that dial o go. Ring your day calls to a different group say 501 and make sure you delete 501 from the Svmi. That will ensure that callers will go the main greeting when the overflow happens.
