Hello Yall,
Does the Merlin Legend phone system have an external MoH port? I imagine it probably has a designated MoH port; however, the client and myself have no clue, or documentations
I appreciate any tips

To answer your question, Merlin Legend uses a trunk port programmed as a Music on Hold port, and a coupler that has RCA input to modular output to connect to the trunk port.

FYI,
The system has to be idle (no one on the phone) before programming will take.
We get old too soon, smart too late
