Hi there,
We have come across a client whose phone company folded and left him with a 7100 that he can't access. We look after his computers and hes asked us to get into it so we can administer it going forward. We have not used a Samsung before so would need some initial advice on how to get into it via DM and try some passwords the client knows of, but if he can't provide a working one, reset somehow. The failed company he used has reset it twice before he tells me using a phone. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Can you access the system through telephone programming?That's a first step. DM you would need to know the ip address of the 7100 and a cable to connect.After that a user name password and you're in.If you don't know the password you can get the customer to contact Samsung on letterhead and they should be able to help you out.

The only thing the post above will get you is basic admin level access to the system.Great for setting the clock , basic admin of the system.It sounds like this may be a start but not what you need.
