Kinda new at the 9100 ...my question is this? Can I have individuals log into webpro as a station user to adjust there vmail and end user settings. specifically such as find me follow me times and times? do you just hit webpro use ext number and password 1111. or do we need to use phonepro web interface, and is that a licence fee or free? Thanks!!

Hi,

when using Webpro with the extension number and 1111 you should be able to configure your extension. as far as i know you do not need a license for this feature.

No you do not need a license. Are you having problems using it?

To use webpro no license required just use Internet explorer other engines will not work or give errors. Phonepro is more if your offsite and want to change remotely. The biggest issue with webpro the phone will say (in program mode)while you are logged in if you do not log out in top right corner and just close the screen the phone will remain locked for about 15 minutes no matter how many times you reboot it still takes 15min.

If I were you I would go in and change all the passwords. Otherwise you could have an issue with other users or unauthorized access to these settings.
