Hello all,

CIX40 with DP5032-SD phones

So the Caller ID function looks like it handles incoming calls.

Is there something similar for outgoing calls?

Can I query a list of outgoing calls from a phone in admin mode?

Does the CIX40 log all calls by default...in some table...that I can read/query/download with Network eManager?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide,

CTB

The short answer is NO there is nothing built into the CIX for call logging/accounting.
You have to switch on the SMDR output and create a RS232 or LAN port so the data can be sent to a Call Accounting software package to produce the reports for you.
