I know that this can be done, I did it about 7 years ago.
Does anybody know what the string is?
Say option 3 - Press three to be connected to our technician.
This string, that contains the 7-digit cell phone number is in the menu, option-3.

The token is @F,9XXXXXXX-H or ,H. You will need to create a mailbox with the token in the ext field and then use the mailbox number as your option 3.
