How do we send some of the recordings (.r24 files) saved in the avdap folder in the VPU back to the public folder in exchange so they are in .wav format as I found out recently that some files did not make it to the folder that we receive all our recorded messages. I know why they did not make it in the first place as the folder size was not as big, but now I need to have all those other files that I see in recoding folder in avdap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Two steps. Backup the recordings using DB Programming. Convert the files to WAV.
