How do you program the voicemail I have the IP address but cant web into it?

You can't web into it. You need the admin program

Allow me to back track here. If it's the DMS voice mail, yes, you should be able to access via browser. You don't see very many of those out there. The FMS does require the Ultramail admin program.

Again, it depends what VM you have. On board daughter board VM, you program through web browser. Old FMS card VM you can use the software OR what I do is use putty and a serial cable to program it. All software is on the original Aspire website www.necaspire.com
