I know 911 calls alert the console but is it possible to alert another device or way? I have a hotel that wants alert ASAP but aren't near the console at all times. I know the MX ICP has an Alarm relay but CX doesn't .any help appreciated

Have you tried programming an alarm device in form 18? You could use a bell ringer or electronic ringer.
