CIX system will not dial a 9 when trying to place a call from caller id. For some reason when pressing the soft key to call a number from caller id, it grabs the PDN key instead of a line key. Can anyone assist me? Thanks in advance.

Check box 51 under System Data and make sure it is set to 9.
