I have a customer that his 7261 set shows that he has a voice mail. When you check the messages, it says you have no messages. Is there a way to turn off the voice mail indication at the phone? I have tried resetting the system, no help.

I think it was FEAT 96 for message cancel but it has been a while. It's probably in the station user guide.

I called myself looking in the user manual, might have overlooked it, but all I saw was messaging between stations. Will give it a shot. Thank you.

Leave a message for that extension and then go into the mailbox and delete it
