I am getting this message on my samsung officeserv phone system when we call long distance and my carrier says it is not them. "sorry but your call cannot be completed" then hang up. Any ideas? toll free calls go through, local calls go through.

Is there Lcr built on the system? Maybe modify digits sending erroneous information to the carrier? If not that then the carrier.
