Hello,

I am the EMS Chief and we had a OS7100 installed a while ago, and the company that installed it no longer provides service. I have downloaded all the software (Installer Tool) and the web management, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to program this stuff! I need some help. Here is what I want to do:

Have an auto attendant on all the time that will screen the calls and provide direction. Ideally, I would like to have the following option:

"Thank You for calling XXX EMS. If this is an emergency, hang up and dial 911. If it is not, please listen to the following options"

"To speak with any staff member, press 1"
"To speak with the EMS Chief, press 2"
"To speak with staff regarding CPR Training press 3"
"To speak with County Dispatch, press 4"- Then this would need to transfer to an outside seperate agency.

Now, we have 3 lines. We have a general line (701) and a second line which I was able to program to ring to only my phone (702) Then a fax line.
I would like pressing 1 to ring to all phones but mine. Pressing 2 would ring only to my phone.
I would need voicemail boxes for my phone (702), a general box, and a mailbox for the CPR training.
Staff needs to be able to check all voicemail but mine, in whcih only I should be able to access.

I am willing to learn, and can follow directions very well, but I cant figure this out on my own. Anyone out there able to help?? I would be willing to have someone access the system, or do a screenshare sort of thing as well. I am able to compensate someone for their time, however I dont have a ton of money in the budget, but can make something happen. I would like to learn as much as I can to be able to make changes in the future, as I am sure I will need to.

Someone please help?! Thanks in advance!!

I might be able to help if you have Team Viewer and know the password for the system. You can send me a Private Message to discuss.
