We currently have PhoenSuite 64 installed at the property and recently we deleted phone greetings and recorded new ones. Everything works fine as far as greetings and prompts go. However, after the greeting, it simply hangs up the call instead of transferring to the console. Before new recording, we had it setup where caller can press "0" or wait like 5 seconds and the call will be transfer to the console. But now, 5 seconds after the greeting, it simply hangs up instead of transferring calls to the console. If anyone could please let me know how to fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. We basically want to have calls transferred either by pressing 0 or just simply by staying on the phone. Thanks for your time.
