This is new one for me. My customer is running 5.103, the Axxessory Talk has failed. I can occasionally get it to reboot for maybe 10 minutes. It may run for a few minutes then fail or during boot up it goes past the OS/2 screen then fails. The monitor reads....The system has detected an internal processing error at location ##0160:fff5c34c-000d:a34c. Of course there is more information on the screen.
I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Hardware? Software? OS/2?
Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Did you try reloading software on top of the current installation?
You could also copy out the AVDAP directory (or rename it to something like AVDAP_51) and reinstall software. You'll be at default on the VM at that point, but this would eliminate AVDAP DB corruption. If it crashes with no DB it has to be OS/2. If so, you can slave the "bad" drive and copy the AVDAP\DB\*.* to a temp location, replace the "bad" drive and copy data back when ready without losing anything. You only want the DB + subdirectories when you copy back.
60% of the time it works every time
