I have a grey IWATSU IX-12KTD-2 phone who's hands-free answerback feature had previously been turned off. Advising the manual, Feature + 66 did not work to turn it back on. I tried using Feature + 061 and then Feature + 66 to see if that would work but it did not. Please help!

The setting that makes ICM calls go to hands free is a system setting, but you can override it at the extension. Use Feature 65. ( I can't remember if you have to be at ICM dial tone or not. Try it both ways). FEAT 65 is a toggle setting, so doing it successive times turns it on and off.
Feat 61 only works if the system setting above allows the called extension to control how internal calls ring. Default is the calling extension has control so FEAT 61 won't work for you.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
