I have a customer with a NS700 and SIP trunks from Cox, its been in for a couple years now. Recently they have started complaining about when they call some other companies with auto/attendants, they are unable to dial anything, the auto/attendant doesn't respond to the digits they dial. It isn't all companies just a few. I was able to call my companies auto/attendant and dial no problem. Panasonic support says this is a carrier issue, but couldn't tell me what exactly the issue is, and said there was nothing that could be adjusted in the NS700 to help.

Anyone ever come across this and find a solution?
